MB-78EI – Advanced Aluminium Fire-Resistant System with EI30 / EI60 Certification

The MB-78EI system is a modern aluminium construction solution designed for creating highly effective fire-resistant partitions, including single and double-leaf doors, external structures, and non-load-bearing walls. In Poland and the Czech Republic, the system is also used for internal fire doors.

Equipped with thermal breaks and specialized expanding tapes, the MB-78EI system achieves excellent thermal insulation, allowing it to be used even in exterior applications. The 34 mm-wide thermal breaks significantly reduce heat transfer while providing strong acoustic insulation.

The MB-78EI system offers the highest level of fire protection — up to EI60, meaning it can withstand fire exposure for at least 60 minutes. This performance is achieved through a combination of steel reinforcements and intumescent materials integrated into the profile chambers.

Certified under the CE marking, MB-78EI is compatible with other Aluprof systems, enabling unified design aesthetics and technical performance across projects. Fireproof and smoke-tight external doors and technical windows (EI30 / EI60), as well as internal partitions, meet the highest European safety and energy standards.
